Paris Bound

I'm sitting at the Houston Airport, awaiting my flight to Paris. The reality of this trip has still not completely sunk in. I can't remember the last time I had so little sleep and so much going on. Yet, despite the feeling of bleeding eyes and the persistent exhaustion headache, I feel the anticipation mounting. It will be wonderful to arrive in Paris, plunk my gynormous suitcase down in my apartment and really take it all in!

My apologies for being such a slacker with blogging. I appreciate all your kind wishes for my trip!!

Miss B~ I'm fast on your heels, girl! So excited to begin reading of your experience and comparing notes. Still hoping to come and have dinner with you and get the first hand scoop.

Have fun!

Sounds like you need to rest, though I can't see how you would be willing to part with some of your precious time in Paris to veg out.

Dear B, live every moment to its fullest. Enjoy everyday as if it was your last. Be yourself. Love Paris.

Hey, I told you I'd fit in that gynormous suitcase, so where are you?

Have a supremely groovy trip and we'll all try and contain our rabid jealousy! :-)

B - your new life begins when the plane lands on french soil. Be free to experience everything, soak it all up, live it. Can't wait to hear more.

What, you're too busy enjoying the sights while you soak up the atmosphere to find some wi-fi and keep us poor fools stuck over here updated? ;-)

JNRR... So hoping that we can still do dinner here when you arrive!

Richard... Yes, I did need rest and I made time to rest a bit the first few days. I'm not on some ridiculously ambitious schedule to be out sightseeing all day, but surprisingly, even with work I've been able to get out and see/do a lot!

Carra... Thank you as always for the very kind wishes. Oh, your earlier comment and blog post about my trip really brought tears to my eyes! I so appreciate your encouragement!

Randal... I know! You so could have fit in that thing! What happened to that plan?! :)

Our Juicy Life... Thank you! I do feel free and so in tune with everything around me! It is wonderful.

Randal... Oof. I know! I've been terribly remiss at blogging! I promise to make up for it!!
